1 Medium Zucchini (Thin Sliced)
1 Glove of Garlic (Minced) – Optional
3 Tablespoon of Japanese Mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon of fresh Lemon Juice
Salt & Pepper
** A decadent addition is Salmon Roe (Optional)**
- In a big bowl, mix in Crab stick, Zucchini, Garlic, Mayonnaise, Lemon Juice and Salt and Pepper.
- Refrigerate for 30mins before serving. Scatter Salmon Roe on top if you want a decadent and beautiful tasting salad.
