Simple, Fast, No cooking and Delicious
500g Cooked Prawns (Peel and Vein)
200g Fresh Salmon Skin off Cutlets (Sliced 1cm thick)
3 Lebanese Cucumbers (Thin Sliced)
1 Spanish Onions (Thin Sliced)
1/2 Bunch of Fresh Mint Leaves
1/2 Bunch of Coriander (Chopped)
1/3 cups Vietnamese Nuoc Cham (1/4 cup fish sauce, 1/4 cup boiling water, 1/4 cup of Vinegar, 1/4 cup sugar, diced garlic and chilli)
1 tablespoon of Japanese Dashi Miso Soy bean Paste with Bonito Extract
1 tablespoon of Black Sesame Seeds
Few Dash of Yeo’s Sesame Seed Oil
- Chop, slice, clean all ingredients and put everything in a big bowl.
- Mix miso paste, nuoc cham and a few dash of sesame together and stir until smooth. Pour over salad and mix well.
- Plate salad and garnish with black sesame seed.
